We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

4. AI Processing and Data Transmission

DietBite Pro uses third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services to generate nutrition and wellness responses.

When you submit a question or message through the chat feature, the information you provide may be transmitted to our AI processing provider, OpenAI, and to supporting infrastructure providers used to operate the service.

Information that may be transmitted includes:

• User-entered chat messages and questions

• Prior chat messages necessary to provide conversational responses

• Technical request information required to process and return responses

Users are presented with a disclosure and consent notice before using AI-powered chat functionality.

Users should not submit sensitive personal information, medical records, financial information, government identification numbers, passwords, or other confidential information through the chat feature.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Information submitted through the chat feature may be shared with trusted service providers solely for the purpose of operating the App and generating responses. These providers may include:

• OpenAI (AI response generation)

• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate the service
